Day 15 was filled with lots of BAKING!
I made my healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe for my husband and I for the week. (It's a variation from the recipe found here.)
I also made some cashew muffins. They are a minor adaptation from this recipe. These muffins smell delightful and taste amazing!
My husband and I are big fans of this new recipe. My daughter is not as much of a fan, though. She said they were "cashewy." Yep! Makes sense! (She's not a big fan of cashews to begin with, so it made sense that these aren't her favorite.)
Both recipes satisfy our sweet tooth, but with way less sweetness. I love that I've found recipes that let me still have treats, but that aren't as sweet as their traditional counterparts.
