I'm now just over halfway through this health journey. I thought I'd do a check-in.
I'm down another pound. Yay. Three pounds total from when I began. I'll take it.
I feel pretty much the same as I did when I started. No big changes have been made, so I don't think I'm expecting to feel a significant change.
I've had some intense cravings over the past week or so that makes me believe that the probiotic yogurt has NOTHING to do with suppression of cravings. (I considered that initially.) I've continued to eat anywhere between 1/2 cup and 1 cup of yogurt daily and my cravings have varied.
I'm hopeful that the more I am able to turn down the cravings for unhealthy items, the less my body will seek it. Only time will tell.
I'm happy with my progress thus far. Although, I'm interested in implementing some kind of workout regimen to help further my progress along.
Be open to what comes.
