Day 20 of 30 of prioritizing my health.
This past week, I shared a couple of recipes from The Detoxinista. (If I'm being honest, I shared the chocolate chip cookie recipe before, but shared it again this week, along with a new muffin recipe.). I have a couple of her books and intend to follow more recipes.

This week I continued to discuss temptation and how it appears to be decreasing, thank God. I also spoke again about how excited I am to be down five pounds and not feel deprived...restricted, yes, but not deprived.
I am excited to continue on this journey. Some may not think five pounds is a lot. However, this journey is different for everyone. For me, every pound is celebrated.
Be open to what comes.
