Day 21 of 30! It is all downhill from here! Only 9 more days!
Does anyone actually think I'm going to end this pursuit come Day 31? Nah! Of course not! I got goals to meet! With that said, I won't blog only about my health past Day 30. However, I'm likely to incorporate more health posts into this blog during the final three months.
Some things I'm still entertaining that I'll consider blogging about are whether I follow a "diet" or specific guidance and how that works for me. And, whether or not I start working out again.
For now, I have a confession to make...
This post and the prior three were scheduled in advance. I'm out and about with family and in a location that doesn't offer strong or consistent WiFi/cell services. So when I return to posting "real time" tomorrow, you'll catch up on how I fared with food choices and such over the weekend. :)
