Tackle-It Tuesday is all about productivity. Tackling the things that are important to you.
But how do you determine what to tackle?
The method I used was a mind mapping exercise earlier this year. That was done with pure self reflection. But if you're someone who would like a little more support with this, you can use a tool called the Wheel of Life to assess where you are on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being unsatisfied and 10 being ultimate satisfaction. The Wheel of Life has various categories, to include things like Parenting, Social/Relationships, Financial, etc.
Seriously! This is so quick people! At the end, you get a chart displaying where you fall on the scale of satisfaction for each category. The categories for which you scored the lowest show the most dissatisfaction, while the ones for which you scored the highest mean you're more satisfied.
This could be the catalyst you're looking for to start to tackling things in your life. Now get going!
