Saturday Summary

Today was great.  More family time.  Just wish I could clone myself so that I could be at home helping family on the East Coast as well as supporting family here near the West Coast.

Here's my week in review:

Sunday: I was disappointed when I received an email from a free training that then provided me a link to another, for-fee training.  It felt slimy.  The art of the sale is challenging.

Monday: I got a chance to listen to the training that I missed, and my opinion changed!  I found some value in the free training and it wasn’t just a sales pitch.  Yay!  I watched it so that I can learn.  I'm a complete student.

Tuesday: I volunteered for a school function and I didn’t pull out my efforts as well as I had hoped.  I noticed I wasn't conscious in the moment.  I’m interested to know how consciousness would have changed my response in that stressful moment.

Wednesday: My irritability was running wild!  Just goes to show why I practice consciousness daily…because I’m human and I’m flawed.

Thursday: Traveled out west for my mother-in-law's memorial service.  It was all about family.

Friday: My family is overwhelmingly grateful for all of the amazing ways in which loved ones chose to connect with us to support us while we dealt with the loss of my mother-in-law.  We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Be open to what comes.
