We gathered with family in Norfolk, VA last week to lay my mother-in-law to rest. We visited with family on Thursday, followed by internment services on Friday. We were overwhelmed and overjoyed to see the number of people that attended the service. She touched so many lives that people were determined to travel far and wide to pay their respects.
We continued to visit with family through the weekend. We all live in various regions of the U.S. that it was wonderful to spend many happy moments amongst the sad.
In my Life's Purpose post, I wrote about the amazing woman she was and pondered life's purpose for us all. If you haven't read about my mother-in-law and explored your life's purpose, I encourage you to read it. I believe her soul would touch every person who reads it.
Rest in peace, Diana.
Be open to what comes.
