Saturday Summaries are going to be a little bit different than in the past, at least for the next month anyway.
This entire week was dedicated to focusing on my health. The usual layout of Saturday Summaries isn't as useful given my topics were all relating to food: what I ate, challenges, successes, and whether I was conscious about my choices.
In summary, if you want to know why I'm focusing on my health now, read Making My Health a Priority. Read the blog posts from the week if you're curious as to how my first week went. They include a link to my new favorite 'healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe' as well as how Life Savers helped me in a time of craving. Most importantly, I remained conscious of all food choices the entire week. That, in and of itself, is all I need to focus on right now.
