Today's Day 13 of my health journey.

I was busy running errands today. I had cereal for breakfast and chose to eat before going to a meeting so that I wouldn't become hangry or overeat later. I was way more conscious about each bite today more so than yesterday. That allowed me to eat small bits of various things like yogurt and raw cauliflower with veggie dip. We decided to eat out tonight. OMG. There were all kinds of temptations that I had to turn down. I got a chicken salad and it was delightful. Really. It was very good. (If I'm being honest, I did have about four French fries. They were good too!)
All in all, it's been an enlightening week.
